How do I register for an account?
If you are a customer buying items from Jiggers then you are asked to register for an account with us, please see the account application section. Upon receiving your application we will assess your account for eligibility.

I’m looking for a product that’s doesn’t seem to be on your site?
If the product you are after is not on our site then that does not mean we cannot source it for you. Please contact us and someone will be in touch to assist further.
The product I want to buy is out of stock?
If you see that a product is out of stock, then please contact us and we will let you know the estimated new stock delivery date.
How do I review a product?
To leave a review, go to the items page and leave a review in the section clearly marked.
What are your opening hours/days?
Our office hours are Monday-Friday, (Thailand time) 10am until 6pm. If you need to speak to someone outside this timeframe then please email email@example.com.
Can I return an item once purchased?
We hope that you will be happy with your purchase, however should you wish to return an item then we will be happy to offer a credit or replacement item for the same value, providing the item purchased is in the same condition as per the condition when sold and any packaging is fully intact. Delivery for any exchanges is to be paid for by the customer.
